"I think I was one of the first customers of Audiovogue in 2009 when I decided to use them to provide both CCTV and subsequently to provide the design and installation of the sound (Sonos) and audio-visual systems in the house we were then building. Since then we have been through several updates and the implementation of Control 4 to keep the systems "up to date". Briefly, they are very pleasant and conscientious people to work with and have a great deal of knowledge of what they do. Wherever there are problems they are quick to step in and help. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others considering either audio visual systems or home automation. They always seem happy to design the solution to a budget, while being honest as to what the advantages of spending more are. When I first installed the systems, I was concerned that the on-going support would not be there after the initial large contract was completed. I am very pleased to say that those concerns have been entirely laid to rest over the last 7 years. I am still treated as though I am placing a £30,000 order even if someone is popping in to replace a faulty component or reconfiguring some aspect of the Control 4 system."
